Seagoville Senior Citizens Home, Inc. (SSCHI) was established in 1981.
Just like in 1981 our goal is to offer safe, sanitary and affordable housing to low income seniors.
Applicants must be 62 years of age or have a handicap or disability and meet the FmHa income limit guidlines.
We are an independent living facility where qualifying seniors can receive rental assistance through HUD & USDA Rural Development.
SSCHI has received awards both on state and national levels through Rural Rental Housing and received a superior rating from Southwest Housing Compliance Corp. & HUD.
